Digital map showing the entire South Loch Ness Trail and the Trail of the 7 Lochs
The South Loch Ness Trail is 28 miles in length stretching from Loch Tarff near Fort Augustus to Torbreck on the edge of Inverness.
Suitable for walkers, cyclists and horse riders, it follows good trails, rough paths and minor roads through the varied landscapes of South Loch Ness and in places, such as the Fair Haired Lad?s Pass, affords superb views of Loch Ness.
The Trail of the 7 Lochs is a 50 mile loop route designed primarily for horse riders, but which can also be enjoyed by walkers. Much of the trail follows paths and tracks of the ?less explored? areas of South Loch Ness.
